Dialogue: Osama’s Reasoning and Meaning
 

 

Osama Bin Laden: We have reason for everything we do---it is for Islam.

 

U.S. state department: This is terrorism do you realize this? Do you realize that what you do is murdering American citizens what is your reasoning?

 

Osama Bin Laden: We declared a Jihad against the United States Government, an islamic holy war because it is unjust.

 

U.S state department: So to you this is more of a duty than terrorism?

 

Osama Bin Laden: This is my religious order we want to spread Islam and a mastermind is needed to do that that’s where I come in, not to simply kill people but to bring mass realization to Islam and our beliefs.

 

U.S. Department: If this spreading of Islam works what will then be left of America?

 

Osama Bin Laden: Islam. Islam is going to be the beginning of a great new world. Islam is the start of a good world a good generation and good people. It will put an end to the wrong in this world. Christians, Jews, any other false religions and weak belief systems will go down and the world will be an Islamic state.
